Lev Perovych — Ph.D, professor, incumbent member (academician) of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy, member of the Standing Committee on Rural Development and Land Inventory of the International Federation of Surveyors(FIG), the author of over 100 scientific and methodological works in the field of the real estate appraisal, cadastre and control of oiland gas complex facilities deformations.
