In 1990 he graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University, has the degree of historian, is a lecturer of history and social science.
In 2009 he defended his doctoral with research work «The military aspects of Polish political parties activities of the Kingdom of Poland and Galicia before and at the beginning of the World War I » of the specialization 20.02.22 - military history.»
