Lev Perovych — Ph.D, professor, incumbent member (academician) of theUkrainian Oil and Gas Academy, member of the Standing Committee on RuralDevelopment and Land Inventory of the International Federation of Surveyors(FIG), the author of over 100 scientific and methodological works in the fieldof the real estate appraisal, cadastre and control of oiland gas complex facilities deformations.
